From Mexico to America, Rafael and Gelasio’s journey started in their youth, surrounded by the culinary art of Veracruz. Working alongside their family, they learned the rich flavors of Latin America. After immigrating to the United States, their journey continued by learning new flavors from working with various restaurants in Seattle. 2 decades later, their dream of starting their own business was made a reality.
Our award winning food has received recognition throughout the Pacific Northwest from organizations including: Amazon, Univision, & the Quinceañera Dreams Show.
